| 摘 要： | 目的：：研究子宫肌瘤患者于腹腔镜切除围术期行临床护理路径对临床效果、心理状态及预后的影响。方法：资料取本院2015年5月至2016年5月选择腹腔镜切除术102例患者予回顾分析，对照组行常规性护理，观察组行围术期临床护理路径，对比两组临床效果、心理状态及预后。结果：观察组临床效果和心理状态评分均比对照组优，且总并发症率比对照组低，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：子宫肌瘤患者于腹腔镜切除围术期应用临床护理路径效果佳，值得推广。

Clinical Effect Psychological State and Influence on Prognosis of Applying Clinical Nursing Pathway to Patients with Laparoscopic Resection During Perioperative Period |

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the clinical effect, psychological state and influence on prognosis of applying clinical nursing pathway to patients received laparoscopic resection during perioperative period. Methods:The data of 102 patients receiving laparoscopic resection in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period. The clinical effect, psychological state and prog-nosis of two groups was compared. Results:The clinical effect and psychological state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that of the control group( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Applying clinical nursing pathway to patients received lapa-roscopic resection during perioperative period has good effect, which is worthy of promotion. |
