摘    要:目的::研究比较常规心电图与动态心电图在冠心病患者心肌缺血与心律失常监测中的效果。方法:随机选取2012年6月至2015年6月我院收治的冠心病患者50例,均给予常规心电图及动态心电图检查,然后对常规心电图与动态心电图监测心肌缺血与心律失常的结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果:动态心电图监测心肌缺血的阳性率显著高于常规心电图(P<0.05),阴性率显著低于常规心电图( P<0.05);动态心电图监测期前收缩频发、期前收缩二三联律、成对期前收缩室性心律失常、房性心律失常、室上性心动过速、房室传导阻滞的阳性率均显著高于常规心电图( P<0.05),且动态心电图在监测频发期前收缩室性心律失常、房性心律失常的阳性率较高。结论:动态心电图在冠心病患者心肌缺血与心律失常监测中的效果优于常规心电图。

The Effects of Two Kinds of ECG in monitoring Myocardial Ischemia and Arrhythmia of CHD
Abstract:Objective: To study and compare the effects of routine electrocardiogram ( ECG ) and dy-namic electrocardiogram ( DCG) in the detection of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coro-nary heart disease(CHD).Methods: 50 cases of patients with CHD of our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were randomly selected, they were given routine ECG and DCG examination, Then the results of routine ECG and DCG in the monitoring of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia were retrospectively analyzed. Re-sults:The positive rate of DCG in the monitoring of myocardial ischemia was significantly higher than routine ECG (P <0.05), the negative rate was significantly lower than the routine ECG (P <0.05); The positive rates of DCG in the monitoring of frequent premature contraction, premature contraction two or three coupling, premature contraction in pairs of ventricular arrhythmias and atrial arrhythmias, supraventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block were significantly higher than routine ECG ( P <0.05) , and the positive rates of DCG in the monitoring of frequent premature ventricular arrhythmias and atrial arrhythmia were higher. Conclusion:The effects of DCG in the monitoring of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia of patients with CHD are better than routine ECG.
