护理干预对老年股骨粗隆骨折患者疼痛与术后髋关节活动度的影响

目的：观察临床应用护理干预对老年股骨粗隆骨折患者疼痛与术后髋关节活动度的影响。方法：选取2013年11月至2015年4月在我院进行诊治的98例股骨粗隆骨折患者，采用随机数字表进行简单随机分组，分为对照组和观察组各49例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上对患者进行护理干预，观察两组患者护理后对疼痛与术后髋关节活动度的影响。结果：治疗后观察组患者的疼痛评分较对照组降低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），第30天两组患者的髋关节活动情况较治疗前改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），观察组改善程度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），并发症发生率比较观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：护理干预在老年股骨粗隆骨折的治疗中能明显的降低患者疼痛程度，改善患者髋关节活动度，可在临推广应用。

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Pain and Postoperative Hip Mobility in Elderly Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective: To observe the effect of nursing intervention on pain and postoperative hip mobil -ity in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture .Methods: 98 patients with fracture of femoral tro-chanter hospitalized from November 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected as objects .According to random number table method, all the 49 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group used routine nursing care , observation group used routine nursing care with nursing inter -vention.The influence of two groups of patients after nursing on pain and postoperative hip joint activity were observed.Results:Observation group patients of pain score after treatment were significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).The hip activity of the patients in the two group after 30d treatment was improved than before treatment (P <0.05), and the degree of improve situation in observation group was obviously higher than that in control group (P <0.05).The complication incidence of the observation group was lower than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of senile femoral trochanter fracture , nursing in-tervention can reduce the degree of pain patients significantly , improve patient hip joint activity and can be popularized in clinical application .
