摘 要: | 目的::探索医用臭氧疼痛触发点注射治疗腰部肌筋膜疼痛综合征( MPS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将118例入选临床研究的 MPS 患者采用随机、单盲法分作两组,其中对照组59例使用消炎镇痛液注射治疗而研究组59例应用低浓度医用臭氧注射治疗,评价两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:两组治疗前 VAS 评分及腰背功能活动评分比较差异均无统计学意义( P >0.05)。两组治疗后 VAS评分及腰背功能活动评分均较治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);且观察组与对照组比较明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率(89.83%)高于对照组(71.19%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(1.69%)较对照组降低(23.73%),安全性更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医用臭氧疼痛触发点注射治疗腰部 MPS 疗效更好,安全性更高,适合临床进行广泛推广和应用。

The Effect and Safety of Medical Ozone Pain Trigger Point Injection in Treatment for Lumbar Myofascial Pain Syndrome |

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect and safety of medical ozone pain trigger point injection in treatment of lumbar myofascial pain syndrome (MPS). Methods: 118 patients with MPS, enrolled in the clin-ical research, according to the treatment sequence number, were randomly divided into two groups, 59 cases in control group used anti-inflammatory analgesic injection, while 59 cases in the experimental group treated with low concentration of medical ozone injection, clinical curative effect and safety of the two groups were e-valuated. Results:After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was (1.49±0.25) and low back function activities score was (0.31±0.11), significantly reduced when compared with the group before treat-ment and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment efficiency (89. 83%) of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (71.19%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group (1.69%) was signifi-cantly lower than the control group(23.73%), with better security, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Medical ozone pain trigger point injection in treating lumbar MPS has a better curative effect, with high safety, which is suitable for clinical popularization and application. |
