红景天注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效

目的：观察红景天注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择住院治疗的81例不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为氯吡格雷组、联合治疗组和对照组，每组27例，观察3组患者治疗前和治疗6个月后的临床症状，并对患者的血液流变学指标变化和不稳定型心绞痛的发作频率、持续时间进行监测。结果联合治疗组和氯吡格雷组心绞痛症状改善总有效率，显著高于对照组（ P ＜0 c．05）。治疗后联合治疗组患者的全血黏度、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原指标均显著低于对照组和氯吡格雷组（ P ＜0．05），并且不稳定型心绞痛的发作频率和每次发作持续时间均显著低于氯吡格雷组和对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论红景天注射液联合氯吡格雷在治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床应用中具有良好的效果，有效控制了患者病情的反复发作和进一步恶化，值得在临床上推广应用。

Therapeutic effects of Hongjingtian injection combined with clopidogrel on unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Hongjingtian injection combined with clopidogrel on unstable angina pectoris ( UAP) .Methods Eighty-one patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into clopidogrel group ,combination treatment group and control group , with 27 patients in each group .The changes of clinical symptoms , hemorheology parameters , attack frequency and duration of UAP were observed before treatment and 6 months after treatment in the three groups .Results The total effective rates of improving angina pectoris in combination treatment group and clopidogrel group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05).The whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group and clopidogrel group ( P <0.05),moreover, the attack frequency and duration of UAP in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group and clopidogrel group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hongjingtian injection combined with clopidogrel has obvious therapeutic effects on UAP ,which can effectively control the recurrent attacks and aggravation of disease , thus which is worth being widely applied in clinical practice .
