血清蛋白水平对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的评估价值

目的:评价血清前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的评估价值.方法:选择50例重型颅脑损伤患者作为观察组,另选择50例健康体检者作为对照组,采用免疫比浊法分别检测两组研究对象入院即刻、1d、3d、6d、9d、14d、21d的血清PA和血清ALB水平,并与患者伤后6月的格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)进行对比.结果:观察组与对照组在不同时间点的血清P A和血清ALB水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组内GOS评分4~5分(预后良好)患者在不同时间点的血清PA和血清ALB水平均高于GOS评分1~3分(预后不良好)患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:血清P A和血清ALB水平与重型颅脑损伤患者的GOS评分存在密切关系,是评估重型颅脑损伤患者预后的重要参考.

Assessment of the Value of Serum Protein Levels on the Prognosis of Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Objective:To evaluate the evaluation value of serum prealbumin (PA), serum albumin ( ALB) for the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods:50 cases of severe craniocere-bral injury patients were selected as observation group, the other 50 cases of healthy physical examination as control group. Immune turbidimetric method was used to detect all the objects of two group patients admitted to hospital immediately, 1 d, 3 d, 6 d, 9 d, 14 d and 21 d of serum PA and serum level of propagated. And pa-tients with injury after six months of Glasgow outcome score ( GOS ) were compared. Results: Observation group and control group in different time the points of serum PA and serum propagated level exists significant differences ( P<0.05);Observation group GOS score 4~5 points ( good prognosis) in patients with different time points of serum PA and propagated serum levels were significantly higher than GOS score 1 to 3 minutes ( the prognosis is not good) patients ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The level of serum PA and Serum ALB propaga-ted with severe craniocerebral injury patients with GOS score there is a close relationship,it is a important ref-erence in evaluating the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
