药物干预对家兔保胆取石术后胆囊运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究熊去氧胆酸胶囊干预对胆囊结石家兔模型保胆取石术后胆囊运动功能的影响。方法选择雄性新西兰家兔60只作为研究对象,建立胆囊结石模型后进行内镜下保胆取石术,根据术后处理方式不同分为3组,对照组给予普通饮食,模型组给予致石饮食,干预组给予致石饮食+熊去氧胆酸。检测3组家兔的胆囊运动情况以及胆囊收缩素、生长抑素表达量。结果干预后3周、5周时,模型组家兔的胆囊空腹体积、胆囊残余体积、胆囊容积及压力均大于对照组,胆囊最大排空率均低于对照组( t =6>.083~17.540, P <0.05);干预组家兔的胆囊空腹体积、胆囊残余体积、胆囊容积及压力均小于模型组,胆囊最大排空率均高于模型组( t =3.378~10.286, P <0.05);模型组家兔胆囊组织中生长抑素含量高于对照组,缩胆囊素含量低于对照组( t =9.508~17.595, P <0.05);干预组家兔胆囊组织中生长抑素含量低于模型组,缩胆囊素的含量高于模型组( t =5.433~16.462, P <0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸胶囊干预有助于调节胆囊收缩素、生长抑素的合成,改善保胆取石术后胆囊运动功能。

Effects of drug intervention on gallbladder motor function in rabbit models with gallbladder stones after gallbladder- protected lithotomy
Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of ursodeoxycholic acid capsule on gallbladder motor function in rabbit models with gallbladder stones after gallbladder-protected lithotomy .Methods Sixty male New Zealand rabbits were enrolled as research subjects, firstly, the animal models with cholecystolithiasis were established , then, the rabbits underwent gallbladder-protected lithotomy under endoscope .According to different postoperative treatment modes , these rabbits were divided into three groups , with 20 rabbits in each group .The rabbits in control group were given general diet , the rabbits in model group were given the diet of resulting in calculus , the rabbits in intervention group were given diet of resulting in calculus +ursodeoxycholic acid .The gallbladder motor function ,the levels of cholecystokinin and somatostatin were detected in the three groups.Results After 3-week,5-week intervention,the fasting gallbladder volume, residual gallbladder volume, gallbladder volume and pressure in model group were significantly greater than those in control group , however , the largest gallbladder emptying rate was significantly lower than that in control group ( t =6.083~17.540, P <0.05).The fasting gallbladder volume, residual gallbladder volume , gallbladder volume and pressure in intervention group were less than those in model group,however, the largest gallbladder emptying rate was significantly higher than that in model group ( t =3.378~10.286, P <0.05).The contents of somatostatin in gallbladder tissues in model group were higher than those in control group,however,the contents of cholecystokinin were significantly lower than those in control group ( t =9.508~17.595, P <0.05).The contents of somatostatin in gallbladder tissues in intervention group were lower than those in model group ,however, the contents of cholecystokinin were significantly lower than those in model group ( t =5.433 ~16.462, P <0.05 ). Conclusion The ursodeoxycholic acid capsule intervention is helpful to regulate the synthesis of cholecystokinin and somatostatin,which can improve the gallbladder motor function after gallbladder-protected lithotomy.
