摘    要:目的:探讨早期综合护理干预对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿的智力和运动功能发育的影响。方法:将62例患儿采用抛掷硬币的方法分为观察组32例和对照组30例,两组患儿均给予常规护理,观察组加用早期综合护理干预,不同时间点采用婴幼儿智能发育测试量表测定患儿的智力发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI),24个月评价总发育商(DQ)。结果:入组前,两组患儿 PDI、MDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入组后3、6、12个月,观察组患儿 PDI、MDI 评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入组24个月,观察组患儿适应能力、大运动能力、精细运动能力、语言能力和社交能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合护理干预可改善 HIE 患儿的智力和运动功能发育,促进综合能力的提高。

Effects of Early Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Intelligence and Motor Function in Babies with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of early comprehensive nursing intervention on the de -velopment of intelligence and motor function in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Meth-ods: A total of 62 sick babies were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 32 babies in observation group and 30 babies in control group.The babies of both groups were given usual care , while the observation group used early comprehensive nursing intervention additionally .The mental development in-dex (MDI) and physical development index (PDI) at different time points were measured by CDCC, and the overall development quotient (DQ) at 24 months was evaluated.Results:Before grouping, the sick babies of the two groups had insignificantly different PDI and MDI scores (P>0.05); at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after grouping, the sick babies of the observation group had significantly higher PDI and MDI scores than the control group (P<0.05).At 24 months after grouping, the sick babies of the observation group had significantly higher scores of adaptability , gross motor ability, fine motor ability, linguistic ability, and socia-bility than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Early comprehensive nursing intervention can signifi -cantly improve the development of intelligence and motor function and promote the elevation of mixed ability in HIE babies.
