肿瘤患者预立医疗照护计划的影响因素研究

目的：：研究分析对肿瘤患者实施预立医疗照护计划的影响因素。方法：选取2015年3月至2015年11月在我院诊治的100例肿瘤患者及120例患者家属，经由预立医疗照护计划影响因素问卷进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果：家属和患者对预立医疗照护计划的认知率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)，赞同实施率比较患者组明显高于家属(P<0.05)，家属的文化程度、宗教信仰及有无肿瘤丧亲经历不同也有明显的态度差异( P<0.05)家属及患者支持预立医疗照护计划的因素大多是长期病痛折磨、患者有自主权等；家属不支持预立医疗照护计划的原因多为伦理道德因素，患者多是因心愿未完成而不支持。结论：患者对预立医疗照护计划的认可率高于家属，实施时需要考虑两者的不同思考角度。

Research on Influencing Factors of Advance Directives for Patients with Tumors

Objective:To research and analyze the influencing factors of patients with tumors receiving advance directives. Methods:100 patients with tumors treated in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2013 and 120 family members were selected, and received the questionnaires of influencing factors of advance directives. And the results were analyzed. Results:The comparison of cognation rate for the family and patients had no evident difference( P>0.05. The endorsing rate of the patients was evidently higher than that of the fam-ily( P<0.05) . The education level, religious faith, and the experience of bereavement of the families had evi-dent difference(P<0.05). The influencing factors of advance directives for patients and families were long-term illnesses and autonomous right of patients. The reasons for the families not support to advance directives were ethics and morals. Most patients didn’ t support because of not fulfilling the wishes. Conclusion: The cognation rate of the patients advancing directives is higher than that of the families. The implementation needs to consider from different dimensions.
