| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方木鸡颗粒治疗乙肝肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将126例伴血清肝纤维化指标异常的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,前者给予复方木鸡颗粒治疗,后者给予大黄虫丸治疗,两组疗程均为6个月。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后血清肝纤维化指标和甲胎蛋白明显下降(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为82.4%、60%(P<0.05);治疗半年,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为89.7%、66.7%(P<0.05)。结论:复方木鸡颗粒有较好的抗肝纤维化、降低甲胎蛋白和改善肝功能作用。
