局部封闭加手法推拿治疗第三腰椎横突综合征

目的]探讨局部封闭及加用推拿手法治疗的疗效差异。方法]120例腰三横突综合症患者分为两组,治疗组80例采用局部封闭结合推拿手法进行治疗,对照组40例仅单用局部封闭予以治疗,两组加以对照研究。结果]对照组优良率93.75%,明显高于对照组52.5%。(P<0.01)结论]局部封闭结合推拿手法,相互促进,相互协调,在临床上可取得很好的疗效。

Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome Treated with Focal Sealing and Manipulation Massage

Objective] To discuss the cure effect difference of treatments of focal sealing and that added with manipulation massage.Method] 120 cases were divided into 2 groups,the treatment group 80 cases took focal sealing and massage manipulation,the control one 40 cases only focal sealing;compare and study the two groups.Result] The treatment group had excellence rate 93.75%,markedly better than control group 52.5%(P<0.01).Conclusion] Focal sealing and massage promote each other and regulate,can get better cure effect in clinic.
