摘    要:目的建立不同产地三白草药材黄酮类成分的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别三白草药材中的芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、槲皮苷等4种黄酮类成分。结果薄层鉴别方法斑点清晰,分离度好。结论所建立的方法简便、快速,为进一步完善三白草的质量标准提供了参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a quality control method of flavonoids for Saururus chinensis.METHODS Four flavonoids(rutin,hyperin,Iso-quercitrin,quercitrin)in Saururus chinensis were identified by TLC.RESULTS The spots on TLC plates were clear and the resolution was good.CONCLUSION The method established in this study was simple and rapid,which can provide a reliable basis for Saururus chinensis’s quality control.
