超声SMI技术评价中西医联合治疗颈动脉非稳定性斑块疗效的临床研究

目的:探讨超声微血管成像(SMI)技术对中西医联合治疗颈动脉非稳定性斑块疗效的评价。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月河北省固安县人民医院收治的治疗颈动脉非稳定性斑块患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用西药治疗,在此基础上观察组患者加用逐瘀通络颗粒。采用超声SMI技术评价两组治疗效果,并测定两组患者血清血脂指标水平。结果:观察组治疗后斑块体积较治疗前显著缩小(P<0.05),且稳定斑块数量增加19处,不稳定斑块数量减少25处。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后观察组HDL-C水平显著高于对照组,hs-CRP、LDL-C、TG及TC水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合颈动脉非稳定性斑块效果显著,有效调节血脂和抗炎,超声SMI技术是评价中西结合治疗颈动脉硬化非稳定性斑块的良好手段。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Unstable Carotid Plaque by Ultrasound SMI

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Ultrasound SMI in the treatment of unstable carotid plaques with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: From January 2016 to January 2018,120 patients with unstable carotid plaque were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).In the control group, western medicine was used to treat, and on the basis of this, the patients with the group were treated with blood stasis and collateral obstruction. Ultrasonic SMI technique was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups, and the serum lipid levels of the two groups were measured. Results: After the treatment, the plaque volume was significantly reduced before the treatment(P<0.05), and the number of stable plaques increased by 19, and the number of unstable plaques was reduced by 25.After treatment, compared with control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly high. The levels of hs-CRP,LDL-C,TG and TC in the observation group were significantly lower, and the level of HDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of unstable plaque of carotid artery. Ultrasound SMI is a good method to evaluate the treatment of unstable plaque of carotid artery.
