超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿与盆腔炎性囊肿鉴别诊断中的价值

目的:研究并探讨超声在卵巢巧克力囊肿与盆腔炎性囊肿中的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取中山市小榄人民医院2016年1月至2018年6月期间确诊的104例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者、24例盆腔炎性囊肿患者进行研究,所有患者均接受经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对阴道彩超图像进行观察,比较卵巢巧克力囊肿、盆腔炎性囊肿的超声特征。结果:超声对卵巢巧克力囊肿、盆腔炎性囊肿的诊断结果与病理诊断结果之间的一致性均良好。在超声特征方面,卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声信号偏低,其收缩末期峰值流速、舒张末期峰值流速高于盆腔炎性囊肿(P<0.05),其血流阻力指数低于盆腔炎性囊肿(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声用于卵巢巧克力囊肿、盆腔炎性囊肿鉴别诊断中具有较高的价值,可作为卵巢巧克力囊肿、盆腔炎性囊肿的辅助诊断手段。

The Value of Ultrasound in the Differential Diagnosis of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst and Inflammatory Cyst of Pelvic

Objective:To study and explore the value of ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst and inflammatory cyst of pelvis.Methods:104 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst and 24 patients with inflammatory cyst of pelvic diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 are selected for study.All patients are examined by transvaginal color doppler ultrasound to observe the color doppler image of vagina and compare the ultrasonic characteristics of ovarian chocolate cyst and inflammatory cyst of pelvic.Results:The diagnosis results of ovarian chocolate cyst and inflammatory cyst of pelvis by ultrasound are consistent with pathological diagnosis results.From the perspective of ultrasonic characteristics,the ultrasonic signal of ovarian chocolate cyst is lower,its peak flow velocity at the end of systole and diastole is higher than that of inflammatory cyst of pelvis(P<0.05),and its flow resistance index is lower than that of inflammatory cyst of pelvis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound has a high value in the differential diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst and inflammatory cyst of pelvic,and can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic means of ovarian chocolate cyst and inflammatory cyst of pelvic.
