| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨目前我国大型医院运维服务现状,构建基于ITSS(信息技术服务运维标准)的医院标准运维服务体系。方法:基于ITSS的基本理论与框架,围绕人员、过程、资源和技术四个要素建立医院运维服务管理制度与管理流程。结果:结合ITSS的理论与要求,医院建立了标准规范的IT运维服务及管理理论来提升信息化运行维护服务能力。结论:ITSS理论与框架体系能够为大型医院改进IT服务能力和规范IT服务行为提供良好的指导意见,有助于提高医院运维管理能力以及科学的管理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the current situation of operation and maintenance services of large hospitals in China,and to build a hospital operation and maintenance service system based on ITSS(information technology service operation and maintenance standard).Methods:Based on the basic theory and framework of ITSS,the management system and process of hospital operation and maintenance service are established around the four elements of personnel,process,resources and technology.Results:Based on the theory and requirements of ITSS,the hospital has established standard and standardized IT operation and maintenance services and management theories to enhance the informatization operation and maintenance service capability.Conclusion:ITSS theory and framework system can provide good guidance for large hospitals to improve IT service ability and standardize IT service behavior,which is conducive to improving hospital operation and maintenance management ability and scientific management methods. |
