瘢痕内核切除术联合 A 型肉毒毒素注射及浅层 X 线放疗治疗瘢痕疙瘩的效果

目的 探究瘢痕内核切除术联合A型肉毒毒素注射及浅层X线放疗在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年1月遵义医科大学附属医美容皮肤科收治的51例瘢痕疙瘩患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组，每组17例。A组使用瘢痕内核切除术联合A型肉毒毒素治疗，B组使用瘢痕内核切除术联合浅层X线放疗治疗，C组使用瘢痕内核切除术联合注射用A型肉毒毒素及浅院层X线放疗治疗，比较三组瘢痕情况、临床疗效及生活质量。结果 C组治疗后VSS评分、VAS评分均低于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；C组治疗总有效率高于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；C组生活质量各维度评分均高于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 瘢痕内核切除术联合A型肉毒毒素注射及浅层X线放疗在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的应用效果良好，可有效改善瘢痕情况，提高患者的生活质量，值得临床应用。

Effect of Scar Kernel Resection Combined with Type A Botulinum Toxin Injection and Shallow X-ray Radiation in the Treatment of Keloid

Objective To explore the application effect of scar core resection combined with type A botulinum toxin injection and shallow X-ray radiation in the treatment of keloid. Methods A total of 51 patients with keloid admitted to the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology, Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A, group B and group C by random number table method, with 17 cases in each group. Group A was treated with scar core resection combined with type A botulinum toxin, group B was treated with scar core resection combined with shallow x-ray radiation, and group C was treated with scar core resection combined with type A botulinum toxin for injection and shallow X-ray radiation. The scar condition, clinical efficacy and quality of life of the three groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VSS score and VAS score of group C were lower than those of group A and group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in group C was higher than that in group A and group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in group C were higher than those in group A and group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of scar kernel resection combined with type A botulinum toxin injection and shallow X-ray radiation in the treatment of keloid is good, which can effectively improve the scar condition, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
