持续质量改进在新生儿皮肤护理中的应用效果

目的 分析持续质量改进在新生儿皮肤护理中的应用效果及其对皮肤损伤发生情况的影响。方法 选 择2021年3月-2022年3月于我院产科出生的76例新生儿为本次研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组 和观察组，各38例。常规组给予常规皮肤护理，观察组给予持续治疗改进皮肤护理，比较两组皮肤损伤 发生情况、临床指标、疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组皮肤损伤发生率为5.26%，低于常规组的 23.38%（P＜0.05）；观察组皮肤损伤愈合时间、住院时间、医疗费用均优于常规组（P＜0.05）；两组住 院第1、2天的FLACC评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组住院第3、4天的FLACC评分低 于常规组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理总满意度为97.37%，高于常规组的76.32%（P＜0.05）。结论 持续质量 改进在新生儿皮肤护理中的应用效果确切，可有效降低新生儿皮肤损伤发生率，缩短治疗时间，减轻治疗 费用，同时可有效缓解疼痛，促进损伤愈合，提高了护理满意度，取得了理想的护理效果。

Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in Neonatal Skin Nursing

Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement in neonatal skin nursing and its influence on the occurrence of skin injury. Methods A total of 76 neonates born in obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into routine group and observation group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine skin nursing, and the observation group was given continuous treatment to improve skin nursing. The incidence of skin injury, clinical indicators, pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of skin injury in the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than 23.38% in the routine group (P<0.05). The healing time of skin injury, hospitalization time and medical expenses in the observation group were better than those in the routine group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in FLACC score between the two groups on the 1st and 2nd day of hospitalization (P>0.05), while the FLACC scores of the observation group on the 3 rd and 4th day of hospitalization were lower than those of the routine group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37%, which was higher than 76.32% of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in neonatal skin nursing is effective, which can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal skin injury, shorten the treatment time, reduce the treatment cost, and can effectively relieve pain, promote wound healing, improve nursing satisfaction, achieve ideal nursing results.
