注射 A 型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术在眶周皮肤松弛中的应用效果

目的 探究注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眶周皮肤松弛的效果。方法 选取2021年6月-2022年6月我院收治的100例眼周皮肤松弛患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组及试验组,各50例。对照组采用眼袋整形术进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合注射用A型肉毒毒素进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、眼袋、鱼尾纹以及皮肤光泽的改善情况、不良反应发生情况以及护理满意度。结果 试验组临床总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;试验组患者的眼袋、鱼尾纹以及皮肤色泽改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;试验组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;试验组满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术的方式治疗眶周皮肤松弛的临床效果确切,能够有效改善患者的眶周皮肤外观,同时具有较高的安全性和满意度。

Application Effect of Type A Botulinum Toxin Injection Combined with Pouch Plastic Surgery in Periorbital Skin Relaxation

Objective To explore the effect of type A botulinum toxin injection combined with pouch plastic surgery in the treatment of periocular skin relaxation. Methods A total of 100 patients with periocular skin relaxation admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pouch plastic surgery. The experimental group was treated with type A botulinum toxin for injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, improvement of eye bag, fishtail pattern and skin gloss, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 82.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement of eye bags, fishtail lines and skin color in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction in the experimental group was 98.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of type A botulinum toxin injection combined with pouch plastic surgery in the treatment of periorbital skin relaxation is definite, which can effectively improve the appearance of periorbital skin, and has high safety and satisfaction.
