摘    要:目的调查广东湛江东海岛开发区鼠疫自然疫源地现状,为东海岛的进一步开发提供卫生保障.方法 2004年收集基本资料进行野外和室内生境的鼠形动物区系及媒介蚤调查和鼠疫病原学血清学调查.结果共捕获鼠形动物1 029只,分属2目2科4属7种,野外生境黄毛鼠为优势种,占总捕获率的7.61%,家栖鼠以黄胸鼠为主,占总捕获率的11%,共收集蚤47只,分属于2科2种,印鼠客蚤为优势种,占77.27%,IHA血凝975份,结果全部为阴性.做病原学压印培养1 034份也全部为阴性.结论目前在东海岛不存在动物鼠疫流行的可能,但要加强监测和制定长期的灭鼠灭蚤措施和方案.

Abstract:Objective To understand the present situation of natural plague foci in Donghaidao Island, Zhanjiang, and provide the healthy ensurance for further development of the island. Methods The fauna of rodents and fleas was investigated in fields and indoor by collecting basic data, aetiological and serological investigations on plague were also carried out. Results There were total of 1 029 rodents captured and identified, belonging to 7 species of 4 genera, 2 families, 2 orders, accounted for 7.61% of the total captured rate. Rattus flavipectus was the dominant species with constituent ratio 11% in the indoor; Rattus rattoides was the dominant species with constituent ratio of 50.0% in the field. Total of 47 fleas were collected and identified, which belonged to 2 species of 2 genera. Xenopsylla cheopis was the dominant species but IHA and aetiological autograrn of Yesinia pestis were negative. Conclusions There is no possibility of plague prevalence in Donghaidao Island but the surveillance should be intensified and longterm measures of deratization and depulization should be drawn.
