| Abstract: | A patient with Riedel's struma (invasive fibrous thyroiditis) with hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, and retroperitoneal fibrosis is reported. This disorder appeared to emanate from Hashimoto's thyroiditis in this case. The possible relationship of the two entities is discussed. |
