建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价中若干问题的探讨

目的探讨建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价中存在的问题及解决方法，规范建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价工作。方法通过对建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价实际工作中存在的问题加以分析，找出问题产生的原因，结合职业卫生基础理论、有关法律法规提出解决对策。结果建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价中存在着资料检索和调查分析流于简单、评价人员缺乏工程分析专业知识、个体采样不足、职业病危害防护设施调查不深入、应急救援和职业卫生管理调查不规范及结论和建议部分空泛、不具体，企业无法参照执行等问题。结论建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价工作应更加具体和规范。

Discussions on Some Problems in Evaluation of Occupational Hazards Control in Construction Projects

Objective] To explore the existed problems in the evaluation of occupational hazards and its solution, and standardize the evaluation of occupational hazards control in construction project. Methods ] Through analyzing of existed problem in the evaluation of occupational hazards control in construction project, aiming at finding problem causes, countermeasures were developed based on the basic occupational health theories, relevant laws and regulations. Results ] The existed problems in the evaluation of occupational hazards control in construction project were simple data retrieval and survey analysis, lack of expertise in engineering analysis among evaluation staff, personal sampling insufficiently, simple investigation of occupational hazard protection facilities, nonstandardized survey of emergency rescue and occupational health management, vague and unspecific suggestion, and non-executable control measures, etc. Conclusion] Evaluation of occupational hazards control should be more specific and standardized.
