| 摘 要： | 本文共收集6个月胎儿至5岁儿童新鲜尸体15例(30侧),其中5例用于脑血管铸型,其余用于微血管碱性磷酸酶染色。在扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察下,清晰地显示了人脑视皮质微血管的连续性三维向构筑及各种血管的吻合,此外,还观察到皮质动脉主干呈波浪形或螺旋样扭曲。

The Microvascular Chitecture Study of the Visual Cortex in the Human |

| Abstract: | This paper collected 15 cases(30 sides)of fresh cadavers from six—months fetus to five years children,5 cases of which used in vascular casting mould,the rest used in staining for microvas- cular alkaline phosphatase.By SEM.and LM,the continuous three—dimentional microvascular ar- chitecture annd anastomoses of various blood vessels were displayed clearly,besides,the cortical ar- teries had wave—like or spiral—like twisting were observed in the visual cortex of the human. |
