高频超声评价不同分级高血压患者颈动脉弹性功能的临床研究

目的应用高分辨率超声观察不同分级高血压患者颈动脉弹性功能。方法抽取400例高血压患者作为高血压组，根据国际高血压分级标准分为1级组（216例）、2级组（112例）、3级组（72例），并与120个健康人进行对照，利用高频超声检测其颈动脉弹性功能。结果高血压组患者颈动脉弹性功能和健康人比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；高血压组不同分级患者颈动脉弹性指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；3级组患者颈动脉弹性功能〈2级组〈1级组。结论高血压患者颈动脉弹性功能较健康人明显降低，并随着血压的升高，颈动脉弹性功能减退更明显，高分辨率超声技术能够较敏感的检测高血压患者的颈动脉弹性功能。

The clinical evaluation of carotid endarterectomy function in different stages of hypertension by high-frequency ultrasound

Objective To observe carotid endarterectomy function in different stages of hypertension patients by high frequency ultrasound and discuss the possible mechanism and the correlation. Methods 400 cases of patients with high blood pressure were selected as observation group, according to the international standard of classification of high blood pressure, who were divided intothree groups, and there were 216,112,72 cases in grade 1,2,3 group, 120 healthy cases were chosen as controls, then the carotid endarterectomy function were detected by using high-frequency ultrasound, and the results were analyzed. Restltlts The difference of the carotid endarterectomy function between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;The difference among carotid endarterectomy function of grade 1,2 and 3 group was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; The difference between carotid endarterectomy function of grade 1,2 group was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The carotid endarterectomy function of patients with high blood pressure change more obvious than patients with normal blood pressure, meanwhile, as the blood pressure rise, the carotid endarterectomy function drop more apparently, it suggests that they are closely to each other.
