蜂针对类风湿性关节炎患者HPA轴的影响

目的:观察蜂针对类风湿性关节炎患者下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)的影响.方法:将100例确诊为类风湿性关节炎的患者按简单随机法分为蜂针组、电针组和西药组,其中蜂针组40例,电针组30例,西药组30例.蜂针组采用活蜂直刺法,电针组采用体针结合电针仪的方法,西药组采用甲氨蝶呤口服.结果:患者治疗前后血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、细胞因子及皮质醇的水平比较显示,各指标在蜂针、电针及西药治疗后均有不同程度的改善.结论:蜂针与西药甲氨蝶呤对RA患者的治疗作用优于电针疗法,蜂针与西药甲氨蝶呤治疗RA的疗效相当.同时,蜂针无甲氨蝶呤口服带来的副作用,因此值得在临床进一步推广应用.

Effect of Bee Needle on Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective：The effect of bee needle on Hypothalamic Pituitary-Adrenal axis of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was observed.Method：About 100 patients with the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis were divided into bee needle group,electrical needle group and western medicine group randomly.Bee needle group contained 40 patients,and live bee needling was applied.Electrical needle included 30 cases,and all of them accepted the medication of both body needling and electrical instrument.However,western medicine group has 30 cases,all of which took Methotrexate.Result：The comparisons of ESR,CRP,cell factors and Cortisol of patients before and after treatment indicated that all the indices had improvements on different degree after bee needle,electrical needle and western medicine therapy.Conclusion：The therapeutic effects of bee needle and Methotrexate on RA patients were better than that of electrical needle,while the effect of bee needle on RA patients was no different with that of Methotrexate.At the same time,bee needle has no side effect,which is worthy of being widely spread in the clinic.
