肝肠钙粘连蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨肝肠钙粘连蛋白在不同分化程度的胃癌、正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化S—P法，检测肝肠钙粘连蛋白在74例胃癌及其正常胃黏膜组织中的表达情况，并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果74例胃癌组织中肝肠钙粘连蛋白样阳性表达58例，总阳性率为78．4％，而肝肠钙粘连蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织中没有表达。肝肠钙粘连蛋白的阳性表达与胃癌分化程度以及淋巴结是否转移有关（P〈0．05）；而与年龄、性别、TNM分期以及是否有幽门螺杆菌感染、肝转移、腹膜转移间无关（P〉0．05）。结论肝肠钙粘连蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌细胞的转移、浸润、生长和粘附有关。肠钙粘连蛋白有助于胃癌分化程度的判断和预测胃癌淋巴结有无转移。

Expression of liver-intestine cadherin and its significance in gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of liver-intestine cadherin in gastric cancer, normal gastric tissue and the relationship between liver-intestine cadherin expression and biological behavior in gastric carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry method of S-P was used to examine liver-intestine cadherin expression in 74 primary gastric cancerous tissues and normal gastric tissue and the result was analyzed with their clinical and pathological features. Results There was no staining for liver-intestine cadherin in adjacent normal tissues. Positive liver-intestine cadherin expression was observed in 78.4% of the gastric cancer cases. Significant differences in the expression of liver-intestine cadherin was found in histopathological subtypes and lymphatic metastases of the tumors,while no significant differences in the expression of liver-intestine cadherin was found in the age, gender,TNM stage, Helicobacter pylori infection, liver metastasis and peritoneal metastasis. Conclusion Liver-intestine cadherin might be a useful tumor marker for gastric carcinomas with respects to tumor metastasis proliferation, cancer progression and tumor cell adhesion.
