| Abstract: | Introducing and culturing professional personnel are the two major ways of constructing teaching contingent at colleges and universities.Meanwhile the original teaching contingent should be made good use of to maintain and lift their work initiatives and promote the overall educational level of the university to ensure the realization of talent cultivation goal. |
