| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用失效模式与效应分析的方法改造手术室标本管理工作流程的效果。方法成立失效模式与效应分析工作小组,绘制工作流程图,识别病理标本管理中可能出现的失效模式,分析原因,根据高风险因素制订和实施相应的整改措施。结果实施工作改进后,各项失效模式危机值均下降,送检病理标本不合格率降低(P0.01)。结论将失效模式与效应分析方法运用于手术室病理标本管理工作中效果良好,能有效防范不良事件的发生,确保护理工作质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of failure mode and effects analysis （FMEA） in the management of operation specimen. Methods Estab- lished a FMEA work team to make work flow chart, find out the potential failure mode in pathologic specimen management,and analyze the reasons,implemente measures according to high risk factors. Results After improvement measures were taken, each factor relating to failure mode and the incidence of adverse events were reduced,the failure rate of pathological specimens was significantly lower than before （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclnsion It is effective to apply failure mode and effects analysis in the management of operation specimen, which can avoid adverse events, and ensure the quality of nursing. |
