| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气门芯结扎新生儿脐带的最佳宽度。方法将300例新生儿分成3组,每组100例,对照组采用3 mm传统宽度的气门芯结扎脐带残端,两个观察组分别采用2 mm、4 mm改良宽度的气门芯结扎脐带残端,观察并比较3组脐带残端的脱落时间及愈合情况。结果 3组新生儿用不同宽度气门芯结扎脐带后,4 mm宽度气门芯组新生儿脐带残端脱落时间及愈合情况均优于其他两组(P0.01)。结论使用4 mm宽度的气门芯结扎脐带效果最佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best width of valve to tie the neonates umbilical cord. Methods Totally, 300 neonates were divided into three groups, 100 cases in each group. The umbilical cords were tied by 3 mm valve in the control group, while 2 mm and 4 mm valve were used in the two experimental groups. The fall off time of umbilical cords and healing status in three groups were observed. Results The fall off time of umbilical cords and healing status in 4 mm group were better than the other groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The 4 mm valve has the best effect. |
