| 摘 要： | 目的探讨风险管理在急性白血病患者PICC护理中的应用与效果。方法成立风险管理小组,回顾性分析PICC置管及维护中的风险因素,有针对性地制订并实施急性白血病患者PICC置管及维护的标准操作流程,对护士进行风险管理培训,提高护士风险识别和风险评价能力。结果降低了PICC置管期间静脉炎、导管堵塞、导管脱出、导管破损、导管感染的发生率(P0.01或P0.05)。结论实施PICC置管及维护风险管理,可以减少置管过程中的各类风险因素,为患者提供安全的护理服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application and effects of risk management in PICC nursing care of acute leukemia patients.Methods The measures included establishing a risk management team,retrospectively analyzing the risk factors of PICC cathetering and maintenance,and then formulating and implementing PICC catheter and maintenance of standard operating procedure in acute leukemia patients.Besides,the risk management team provided risk management training for nurses,so as to improve nurses＇ability to identify and assess risk.Results Incidences of phlebitis,catheter blockage,catheter prolapse,catheter damage and catheter infection were all reduced （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of PICC cathetering and maintenance of risk management can reduce risk factors,which can provide safe nursing service for patients. |
