个体化护理对癫痫患儿治疗依从性的改善效果评价

目的探讨个体化护理对癫瘸患儿治疗依从性的改善效果。方法将住院治疗的136例癫瘸患儿分为研究组与对照组，各68例。对照组患儿采取常规药物治疗及护理，研究组在对照组的基础上应用个体化护理干预。观察两组患儿治疗依从性和出院后1年生活质量及临床疗效。结果出院3个月、6个月、1年后研究组治疗依从性高于对照组（P〈0．01）；出院1年后，研究组患儿生活质量评分和治疗有效率均高于对照组（P〈0．Ol或P〈0．05）。结论个体化护理干预能够有效提高癫痫患儿的治疗依从性，改善生活质量，提高治疗效果。

The effect of individual nursing care on treatment compliance of epileptic children

Objective To evaluate the effect of individual nursing care on treatment compliance of epileptic children. Methods Totally, 136 cases of epi- lepsy children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group ,with 68 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine drug treatment and nursing, the experimental group reeeived individualized nursing intervention. The patients ＂ treatment compliance at 2 week, 1 month, 3 months,6 months and 1 year after discharge. Moreover, the Quality of Life in Childhood Epilepsy Questionnair （QOLCE） was used to assess the patients＇quali- ty of life at 1 year after discharge. Results The treatment compliance at 3 months,6 months, 1 year after discharge in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0. O1 ）. Children＇s quality of life and teatment effective rate in the experimental group after 1 year were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Individual nursing intervention can effectively improve treatment compliance of epi- lepsy patients, improve their quality of life, and improve treatment effects.
