局部持续化疗和持续引流治疗脊柱结核的护理研究

目的]研究CT引导下经皮应用脊柱微创技术对脊柱结核进行病灶清除、局部持续灌注冲洗引流和局部化疗后的护理方法。方法]选取我院2001年12月—2004年10月在CT引导下行微创手术诊断和治疗的81例脊柱结核病人进行回顾性分析。结果]81例脊柱结核病人在治疗后均出现窦道和伤口不愈合。结论]术前心理护理,术后体位护理,用药护理,保持灌注引流管通畅及详细的出院指导是促进病人康复的重要保证。

Nursing research on spinal tuberculosis patients treated with local continuous chemotherapy and persistent drainage

Objective:To study on nursing methods for spine tuberculosis patients treated with focus clearance, local continuous lavage and drainage, and local chemotherapy under CT guidance and per cutem microinvasive technique. Method: A total of 81 cases of spine tuberculosis patients were selected and analyzed retrospectively, who had been admitted from December 2001 to October 2004 and undergone diagnosing and treatment with microinvasive operation under CT guidance.Result:All 81 cases of spinal tuber culosis did not appear disunion of sinus tract or wound. Conclusion: Preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative body position nursing, medication care, to keep drainage tube unobstructed, and elaborate discharge guidance are important guarantees of promoting rehabilitation of patients.
