| 摘 要： | 目的：研究柿叶黄酮提取物的工业化提取分离工艺。方法：采用三因素水平进行实验室小试筛选最近工艺条件，再通过车间中试确认工业化提取条件。结果：70％乙醇提取，容积倍量热回流4h，滤液水沉，再以2倍的乙酯萃取3次，浓缩，即得。结论：本提取方法适用于工业化生产。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the manufacturing processes of persimmon leaf extraction.Methods:Pilot study was carried out to select the suitable condition in the laborlatory,and then to determine the manufacturing prosesses in the factory.Results:At first,the persimmon leaf was extracted by 70% alcohol.Then repeated this processes for three times,and at last,this extract was concentrated successfully.Conclusion:This manufacturing processes is suitable for industrial production. |
