70%VO2max疲劳运动和口服不饱和脂肪酸对血清雄激素的影响

摘    要:目的和方法:以8名健康男性受试者为实验对象,以中等强度(70%VO-2max)跑台耐力运动至疲劳为运动模型,观察中等强度一次长时间疲劳性运动对雄激素分泌活动的影响,并探讨口服不饱和脂肪酸对疲劳运动时血清雄激素水平的影响。结果:一次长时间疲劳性运动后,血清总睾酮(totaltestosterone,TT)和游离睾酮(freetestosterone,FT)水平明显下降;服用亚油酸(linoleicacid,LA)运动至疲劳后,FT水平增加,较未服用LA组FT水平有显著性差异。结论:一次长时间疲劳运动导致雄激素水平及其生物活性的降低,而不饱和脂肪酸可能影响血清中FT水平。不饱和脂肪酸可能通过改变运动后内源性雄激素的分布状态,改变疲劳运动后低水平的雄激素活性状态,对机体运动能力的提高和疲劳的恢复具有生理学的意义。

Abstract:Male subjects running in treadmill at 70% VO-2max intensity until fatigue were applied as experimental model. After running, we determined the concentration of serum total testosterone (TT, free testosterone (FT), we also determined the changes of these indices after administration of exogenous unsaturated free fatty acids (UFFAs). Results Serum TT and FT level decreases significantly after exercise; the serum FT concentration increases after UFFAs supplement and there is a significant difference compared with the contwl. Conclusion The results show that not only androgen level but also its biological activity decreases significantly after fatigue exercises. It is also suggested that UFFAs has an influence on the level of serum FT. As a result, it might modulate the low androgen level after fatigue exercises by altering the distribution of endogenous androgen, and has an important effect on body performance and fatigue recovery.
