| 摘 要： | 目的：了解雪域红景天活力胶囊的药用和开发利用价值。方法：做小鼠急性毒性，Ames试验，小鼠骨髓微核试验，小鼠精子畸变试验。对其急性毒性和致突变性进行了测定。结果：其经口急性毒性（LD50）大于21．5g/kg，属实际无毒物质；Ames试验，小鼠骨髓微核试验，小鼠精子畸变试验均未显示致突变性。结论：雪域红景天活力胶囊无急性毒性和致突变作用，有较大的开发利用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To acknowledge the value of the vigour capsule of Xueyu Rhodiola.Method:The acute toxicity test,Ames test,micronuclei test of bone marrow cell and sperm shape abnormality test in mice were carried out.Result:The LD50 of the vigour capsule of Xueyu Rhodiola was more than 21 5g/kg and any mutagenecities in the three mutagenic tests were not found.Conclusion:The vigour capsule should be applied widely. |
