| 摘 要： | 目的探讨文拉法辛缓释片对抑郁症的疗效。方法将82例患者随机分成两组，分别给予文拉法辛缓释片和马普替林治疗，疗程4周。用汉米尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗4周后，两药对抑郁症均有良好疗效，疗效近似（P〈0．05）；但文拉法辛缓释片不良反应小，程度轻（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论文拉法辛缓释片对抑郁症安全，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression. Methods 82 depressive patients were randomly divided into two group. 41 patients were treated with verdafaxine and others were treated with maprotiline for 4 weeks. Therapeutic response and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS. Results venlafaxine and maprotiline showed good effect in the treatment of depressinon,venlafaxine had similar efficacy to maprotiline, and there were not significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, but side effects of venlafaxine were less and milder （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Venlafaxine is a safe,reliable effect in the treatment of depression. |
