| 摘 要： | 目的分析下呼吸道感染患者鲍曼不动杆菌（ABA）的耐药情况和临床特点,为预防与控制其引起的下呼吸道感染提供科学依据。方法监测2003年1月-2008年12月下呼吸道感染患者临床分离ABA耐药情况并结合临床特征分析其感染危险因素。结果ABA对常用抗生素耐药率较高,对美罗培南、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率较低;238株ABA主要分布于神经内科、ICU、呼吸科、神经外科,一年四季均有发生,以4~10月份居多;患者基础疾病的危重期、机械通气、吞咽咳嗽反应差、接受抗生素治疗等是其感染的高危因素。结论下呼吸道感染患者ABA耐药情况较为严重;及早发现病原菌,并结合其药敏谱正确选用抗生素是治疗成功的关键;给予易感人群多发时间密切监测并采取有效措施,对预防其感染的发生及扩散具有重要意义。
