慢性阻塞性肺疾病血浆丙二醛和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的研究

摘    要:目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者急性发作期血浆丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)含量的变化,探讨其临床意义。方法 用DNTB法对22例阻塞性肺疾病患者(COPD组)和29例健康人(对照组)血浆GSH—PX活性进行测定,用TBA法测定其MDA的含量。结果 血浆GSH—PX含量COPD组小于对照组,两者比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05);MDA的含量COPD组较对照组增高,差异也有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论 慢性阻塞性肺病患者急性发作期存在氧化与抗氧化平衡的失调,在疾病的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective] To study the changes of plasma malonyl dialdehyde(MDA)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during exacerbation,and to discuss their clinical significance.Methods] The levels of plasma MDA and GSH-PX in 22 cases of COPD(COPD group)and 29 cases of healthy persons(control group)were examined by methods DNTP and TBA,correspondingly.Results] The levels of GSH-PX in COPD group were lower than those in control group,the differences were significant(P <0.05);The levels of MDA in COPD group were higher than those in control group,the differences were significant,too(P <0.01).Conclusion] There is an oxidant-antioxidant imbalance during exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,those may play an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD.
