| 摘 要： | 经采用超声引导自动活检枪与抽吸式细针对肝肿瘤组织学活检作对照研究。结果自动活检对组织取材、快速、简便、一次性成功率高,具有简单化、标准化的优点,在并发症不增加的情况下,克服了细针抽吸组织学活检取材组织条小、易破碎、一次性成功率低的缺点。

| Abstract: | Compared with the former-used aspiration biopay to draw liver tumor tissues, auto-biopsy gun guided by ultrasound has the following advantages-it is a quick, simple and standard method to draw liver tumor tissues with a high sucesul rate on the first attempt, withotu increasing the complications and overcomes the disadvantages of aspiration biopsy, such as a smaller piece of tissues obtained, friability and low successful rate. |
