摘    要:目的 比较连接酶链反应(LCR)与培养法检测沙眼衣原体(CT)在泌尿生殖道感染中的临床意义。方法 应用LCR对402份门诊患者的尿标本进行CT检测,其中226份取尿道拭子(男)或宫颈拭子(女)同时用培养法和LCR检测CT,对两种方法的检测结果进行了比较分析。结果 LCR法检测402份尿标本,CT阳性率为28.3%(114/402),226份拭子标本用LCR法检测,阳性率为27.0%(61/226)

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of Ligase chain reaction (LCR) in urogenital infection, we identified chlamydia trachomatis (CT) by LCR and cell culture.Method 402 urine specimens (FVU: first void urine) were identified by LCR, while urinary tract specimens (US) of males and cervical specimens (CS) of females were collected for detecting chlamydia trachomatis by the two methods.Results 402 Urine specimens were identified by LCR, with a positive rate of 28.3% (114/402). In 226 urogenital secretion samples, the positive rate was 27.0%(61/226) and 11.1%(25/226) by using LCR and cell culture respectively ( P <0.005).Conclusion Compared with cell culture LCR is simple, sensitive and suitable for clinical application LCR for detecting chlamydia trachomatis in urine specimens is of clinical significance in diagnosis of urogenital infection.
