| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨免疫固定电泳(immunofixation electrophoresis，IFE)在检测M蛋白中的应用，以及在试验中应注意的一些问题。方法：采用琼脂糖凝胶免疫固定电泳法检测500份临床送检血清。结果：检测出M蛋白70例，其中有1例为双克隆表达。这70例M蛋白阳性患的临床诊断包括：多发性骨髓瘤59例，非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例，干燥综合征1例，POEMS综合征1例，华氏巨球蛋白血症6例和良性单克隆丙种球蛋白病2例。结论：IFE特异性和敏感性较高，是检测和鉴定M蛋白的一个很好的方法，干扰少,容易鉴别，应加强其在临床中的应用，但也应注意它的一些局限性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To testify the role of immunofixation electrophoresis (IFE) in detecting monoclonal protein (MP) and to avoid the limitations of IFE.Methods:IFE on agarose gel was performed in 500 serum samples from clinical patients.Results:Among the 500 sera,70 MPs were detected ,including a biclonal gammopathy.The 70 patients who showed positive MPs were composed of 59 cases of mutiple myeloma(MM),1case of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma(NHL),1 case of Sjogren Syndrome,1 case of POEMS Syndrome,6 cases of Waldenstrem macroglobulinemia and 2 cases of benign monoclonal gammopathy.Conclusion:IFE was simple and quick method with high specificity and sensitivity ,less interference and easy identification of sedimentary band. But some defects should be known. |
