摘 要: | 目的应用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验(Ames试验),试验从基因水平上研究大豆皂甙(soyasaponin,SS)抗突变性。方法设计A、B、C、D四种不同处理方式进行鼠伤寒沙门氏菌回复突变试验。结果Ame8试验结果显示,SS试验组回变菌落数与阳性对照组相比显著抑制(P〈0.01),其抑制率在一定范围内随SS剂量增加而增加。结论SS在基因水平的体外测试中,显示出明确的抗突变作用。SS既存在可灭活所用突变剂的细胞外对抗作用,同时又存在促使DNA损伤修复的细胞内对抗作用。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anti-mutagenic activity of soya saponin's (SS) at the molecular level. Methods Dexon (-S9) and 2-AF (+S9) were used as the model mutagens in the Ames Test. Four different protocols, namely A, B, C, andD, were used. Results SS doses dependently inhibited the formatlon ofrevertants (P〈0.01). Conclusion SS exhibits an in vitro anti-mutation effect. |
