摘    要:目的探讨ZT胶行兔选择性门静脉栓塞(SPVE)的安全性及有效性。方法新西兰白兔24只,随机分为3组,A组为ZT胶:碘油(1:1)混合物组,B组为ZT胶:碘油(1:2)混合物组,对照组C组为碘油组。对各组门静脉左支进行SPVE,术后检测门静脉压力、肝转氨酶(ALT、AST)的变化,术后30d右肝重/全肝重、全肝重/体重。结果SPVE后门静脉压力、肝转氨酶呈一过性升高;栓塞后肝左叶萎缩、纤维化,肝右叶代偿性增生肥大.右肝重/全肝重B组为69.41%,而C组为39.00%。统计学分析显示,B组栓塞效果明显优于其他组(P〈0.05)。结论ZT胶:碘油(1:2)混合物是一种安全、有效的门静脉栓塞材料。

Experimental Study of ZT Glue As An Embolic Agent on Portal Vein

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of selective portal vein embolization (SPVE) with ZT glue in rabbit. Method Twenty-four white New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A received SPVE of the left branch (ZT glue : lipiodol = 1 : 1 ). Group B received SPVC of the left branch (ZT glue : lipiodol = 1 : 2). Group C only received lipiodol. Portal venous pressure, ALT, and AST were measured before and after SPVE. The weight of the right lobe, the whole liver, and the whole body at day-30 after SPVE were recorded and analyzed. Result A transient elevation in portal venous pressure and serum aminotransferase level was observed. Atrophy of the embolized lobes and compensatory hypertrophy of the non-embolized lobes were observed after SPVE. The weight ratios of the right lobe to the whole liver is 69.41% in group B. The best result was observed in Group B (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion A mixture of ZT glue containing ZT-lipiedol (1 : 2) is safe and effective in portal vein embolization.
