LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床观察和体会

目的探讨宫颈环形高频电波刀（LEEP）在诊治宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）中的作用。方法在宫颈门诊中形成检查、治疗、随访一整套体系,选择87例在该门诊治疗的CIN患者作为研究对象,采用LEEP行宫颈锥切术,比较术前宫颈活检与术后病理结果。结果术前、术后病理结果一致者81例（93.1%）,术后病理级别上升者4例（4.6%）,病理级别下降者2例（2.3%）。87例中85例病理检查呈示基底、切缘未见CIN病灶,病灶切除干净率占97.7%。结论LEEP是诊断及治疗CIN安全且有效的方法,适合在宫颈门诊中作为治疗方法使用。

Efficacy of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure （LEEP） in the Management of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Objective To investigate the effects of LEEP on diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Method Standard protocol consisted of examination technique, cure rate and post treatment survey were formed for patients attending the cervix clinic. 87 patients with CIN were treated with the LEEP, Comparison was made before and after treatment. Result 81 patients （93,1% ） showed similar pathology before and after operation. 4 patients （4.6%） had an increase and 2 （2.3%） had a decrease, 85 patients did not have further CIN disease sources on the base and edges of cutting. The restoring rate of the disease was 97.7%, Conclusion LEEP is a safe and effective method to diagnose and treat CIN. It is a suitable procedure performed by cervix clinic surgeon.
