摘    要:目的探讨HBV DNA含量与HBsAgS/CO值之间的相关性。方法分别用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)法和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测100例乙肝患者的HBV DNA含量和乙肝两对半.并记录HBsAg S/CO值。结果100例乙肝患者HBV DNA含量对数值为(4.28±1.89),HBsAg S/CO值为(15.09±6.64),两指标间作相关性分析,r=-0.0156,P〉0.05,无相关性。结论HBV DNA是判断乙肝病毒复制的较准确、较直接的抗乙肝病毒疗效观察指标,而HBsAg S/CO值的高低与疾病的严重程度及疗效无关。

A Comparative Study of FQ-PCR and ELISA for the Detection of HBV DNA and HBV-M

Abstract:Objective To determine the correlation between the level of HBV DNA and the value of HBsAg S/ CO. Methods 100 serum samples from hepatitis B patients were analyzed for HBV DNA by FQ-PCR and HBsAg by ELISA. The HBsAg S/CO values were also recorded. Results The logarithmic concentration of HBV DNA in these samples was (4.28±1.89) and the HBsAg S/CO value was (15.09±6.64). There was no correlation between the two values (r=-0.0156, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion HBV DNA is a reliable maker for diagnosis of HBV infection in patients undergoing treatment. There was a poor correlation between the value of HBsAg S/CO and the disease severity.
