基于读者文献推送需求分析的医院图书馆精准服务实践

目的：分析读者阅读习惯和对外文全文文献的需求,精准提升各类读者的信息服务品质。方法：对医院图书馆读者2013年-2014年申请外文全文推送服务的2850条记录中文献申请频率、申请文献与发表时间差、期刊种类和文献需求量等四个指标,应用K-means聚类方法进行聚类,综合考虑伪F统计量、R₂和立方聚类准则(CCC)确定读者最佳分类数,软件使用SAS 9.2。结果：50名读者聚为3类：以科研教学查询资料为目的的读者;周期性跟踪阅读最新外文全文文献,以了解学术前沿思想为目的的读者;医院培养的硕士、博士学员。结论：通过读者聚类分析,了解阅读需求,支持医院图书馆为读者提供精准的专业文献服务。

Precise and accurate service in hospital library based on analysis of readers' needs for literature push

Objective To understand the reading habits and requests for foreign full text literature , promotes the library information service quality. Methods 2850 records of foreign language text push service on ZY365.com in 2012 -2013 year, application time analysis, reader and Literature. Results 50 people including 9 master"s and doctoral students; 28 Clinician look for 1-3 documents for scientific research and teaching ; 13Professor read the latest foreign full-text documents per month. Conclusion Readers were divide into groups through data analysis which understand the reading requirements. To provide convenient, abundant and accurate medical literature information services.
