新式非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术213例临床观察

目的探讨提高新式非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术优越性和安全性的技巧。方法2001年1月至2005年12月我院妇科行新式非脱垂子宫切除术213例,与1999年1月至2000年12月新式非脱垂子宫切除术76例作对比分析。结果2001年至2005年组手术时间缩短、术中出血减少、术后住院时间缩短、术后随诊半年残端息肉减少（P〈0.05）。2001年至2005年组与1999年至2000年组术后体温恢复正常时间与术后肛门排气时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论通过不断提高手术技巧,优化手术细节,简化手术步骤,熟练术中配合,增加了阴式全子宫切除的优越性和安全性。

Transvaginal Hysterectomy for Non-Prolapse Uterus

Objective To study the skill of improving the safety of new transvaginal hysterectomy for nonprolapse uterus. Methods 213 cases of transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapse uterus from January 2001 to December 2005, and 76 cases from January 1999 to December 2000 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the group of patients between 2001 and 2005, the operative time, vaginal bleeding and postoperative hospital stay were shortened. Stump polyps were reduced after six months of operation （P〈0.05）. The time for the body temperature returned to normal level and anal exsufflation after operation was similar in all 289 subjects （P〉0.05）. Conclusion By improving the surgical techniques, optimizing operation details, and simplifing the operation steps, the safety of new transvaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapse uterus was increased.
