| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨烤瓷熔附金属内固定修复发生瓷裂与瓷崩的原因 ,以利于更好地开展此项技术。方法 制作按照PFM常规制作方法。结果 16 7例共 4 37颗牙齿中 ,发生瓷崩与瓷裂 13例共 2 1颗牙齿 ,发生瓷裂的原因是由于各种原因导致瓷内应力集中所致 ,瓷表面有裂纹 ;瓷崩主要是金属之间结合不良所致。结论 良好的制作和设计 ,可减少瓷裂与瓷崩现象发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cleft and fall of porcelain after ceramic repair with metal internal fixation so that to improve this technique. Methods The manufacture method was according to routine PFM. Results There were 21 teeth of 13 cases among 437 teeth of 167 cases the cleft and fall of porcelain after ceramic repair with metal internal fixation happened due to varied reasons of disconnection between metal. Conclusion The better manufacture and design could reduce the happening of cleft and fall of porcelain after ceramic repair with metal internal fixation. |
