| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较高能X线和电子线在Graves眼病球后照射时的剂量分布。方法 :依据眼部CT图像 ,分别使用 6MVX线和 2 0MeV电子线 ,做出治疗计划和剂量 体积直方图。 2 0Gy的等剂量线包绕靶区。 结果 :用6MVX线 ,90 %的等剂量曲线覆盖靶区 ,晶状体剂量 <1 0 % ;2 0MeV电子线 80 %的等剂量曲线覆盖靶区 ,晶状体剂量为 3 0 %。结论 :照射剂量相同时 ,用X线照射靶区剂量分布均匀 ,周围重要器官仅受到低剂量照射。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the retrobulbar irradiation dose distribution of high energy photon with electron in patients with Graves' ophthalmopathy.Methods:Based on computed tomography,treatment plannings and dose volume histograms(DVH)were made by using 6 MV photon or 20 MeV electron,respectively.The 20 Gy isodose line covered the target volume.Results:Ninety percent isodose line coverd the clinical target volume (CTV)and the dose to the lens was less than 10% of the total dose by 6 MV photon. Although 80% isodose line coverd CTV, the dose to the lens was 30% of the total dose by 20MeV electron irradiation.Conclusion:Using 6 MV photon, the irradiation dose distribution of CTV was homogeneous and the doses received by the main surrounding organs were minimal. |
