| 摘 要： | 文章通过对宜昌市乡村医生基本情况及行医状况进行抽样调查，结果表明，宜昌市乡村医生性别比例失调，年龄结构偏大，业务素质较低，乡村医生用于医疗防保的时间较多，但分配比例不尽合理，立前检查开展较少。

| Abstract: | Through a sampling investigation on the general stituaton and daily work of village doctors in rural area in Yichang city, the results showed that the gender of village doctors was disproportional,that most of them are aged,and that their professional ability is rather low. Although they expend much time to do medical treatment and prevention, the proportion of time is unreasonable, and very few antenatal examinations are carried out. |
