悬吊式非腹腔镜与气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理比较研究

目的探讨悬吊式非腹腔镜与气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床护理特点。方法采用随机对照方法,比较非气腹60例与CO2气腹60例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术时间、术后体温、镇痛药使用、尿潴留、胃肠反应、皮下气肿、腹部切口并发症、平均住院时间等方面,并做对比分析。结果气腹组与非气腹组相比较,镇疼药使用、皮下气肿、尿潴留、胃肠反应方面P0.05为2组间差异有统计学意义;手术时间、体温、腹部切口并发症、平均住院时间方面P0.05差异无统计学意义。结论非气腹组胃肠反应、镇疼药使用、尿潴留、皮下气肿方面存在显著优越性,对提高护理工作效率和质量有着重要的意义。悬吊式非腹腔镜胆囊切除术与气腹腹腔镜手术的护理比较有较大优势。

The research of the care of the patients operated by the hanging mourn type of non belly cavity mirror and the spirit stomach belly cavity mirror gall bladder resection

Objective To explore the characteristics of the care of the patients after the opration of the hanging mourn type of non belly cavity mirror and the spirit stomach belly cavity mirror gall bladder resection.Methods The oepration time,body temperature after the operation,the use of the analgesic medicine and the keep and stay time of eurine after the surgical operation,stomach and intestines reaction,the emphysema under the skin,the complications of the belly slice,and the average hospitalized time etc.were adopted respectively from 60 cases of the hanging mourn type of non belly cavity mirror and 60 cases of he spirit stomach belly cavity mirror gall bladder resection.And the results were compared and analyzed at random.Results Compared the group of annoy-stomach-set with the one of non-annoy-stomach-set,there was a ststistical significanse in the use of analgesic medicine,the keep and stay time of urine and the reaction of stomach and intestines etc.（P0.05）,but no obvious difference in the surgical operation time,body temperature and the complications of the belly cut,as well as the average hospitalized time（P0.05）.Conclusion There shows superority in the reaction of the stamach and intestines,the use of the analgesic medicine,the keep and stay of urine in the non-annoy-stomach group,which is of great importance in raising the working efficiency and quality of the nurses.The care of the patients after the operation of the hanging mourn type of non belly cavity mirror and the spirit stomach belly cavity mirror gall bladder resection is full of challenge and has a relatively greater advantage.
